    6 Week Group

    -Understanding symptoms depression

    -Factors that influence depressive mood

    -Identifying/challenging/validating & normalizing: symptoms, triggers, thoughts, feelings, behavior, physical responses

    -Developing and strengthening healthy coping, hopeful thoughts

    -Increasing: gratitude, self grace and forgiveness

    -Reframing thoughts

    -How to increase happy hormones (dopamine, oxytocin, endorphins, serotonin)

-All Groups may vary in length, although most are between 6-10 weeks

-Groups are paid in advance, totaling $25 per week (except if using insurance-must be verified ahead of time)

-Marriage related groups are $30 per week, also paid prior to beginning group

-All groups are held virtually, unless organized in advanced with local church or community organization

-Space is limited

-Clinician assess each participant for appropriate fit within each group to assure success of group dynamic
